Vert Analytics keeps a direct channel for privacy and personal data protection matters. Our Data Protection Officer is the point of contact between you, the company and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), in accordance with the LGPD.

Compliance Channel
Every report is investigated by our Compliance team and handled in full confidence, ensuring impartiality and respect for everyone involved. This channel is open to anyone, inside or outside the organization.

- Breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct;
- Conduct that breaches laws, standards, regulations and/or internal policies and procedures;
- Conflicts of interest; fraud, corruption and bribery;
- Workplace and sexual harassment; any form of discrimination or prejudice.
